We want you to love your ARKO Wear purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) in accordance with the policy below:
Condition of Items – Returned products must be unworn, unused, and in new condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Return Window – Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
Return Shipping Costs – Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Handling Fee - Please note that all returns and exchanges will incur an 4% handling fee.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@arkowear.co.uk with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note: Any items purchased on sale/discount are non-refundable and can only be exchanged for another item or store credit.

How Exchanges Work
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will issue you store credit for the value of the returned product. You can then place a new order using your store credit for the replacement item.
