Duties, Taxes & Refused Shipments

For all international orders (excluding the United States), customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged by their country upon delivery.

If an international customer refuses to pay the required duties and taxes and the shipment is returned to us, please note the following:

  • Return transit can take up to 75 days.
  • We are charged both for the return of the shipment and the refusal of duties and taxes.
  • These charges, along with a 4% return processing fee, will be deducted from your total refund.

Refunds will only be issued once the returned shipment has been received back at our facility, which may take up to 75 days.

Can I amend my order?

Yes – if your order has not yet been dispatched, we can make changes for you. Once your order has been dispatched, no changes can be made as it will already be on its way to you.
Can I cancel my order?

Yes – if your order has not yet been dispatched, we can cancel it and issue a refund. Once your order has been dispatched, we’re unable to cancel it, but you can follow our returns process once it arrives.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to over 150 countries worldwide. Simply select your shipping country at checkout to see the available delivery options and rates.

How do I know what size to order?

Our products are made in standard UK women’s clothing sizing (UK 6–16)- Please refer to the size guide on each product page to help you decide and see length options.
When will you restock?

We are a one drop shop.

Meaning no restocks- ever!

Some collections are made in higher quantities than others, however, once it's gone it's gone. So shop whilst you can and subscribe to our mailing list to be the first to know.
